Through the JOY Initiative, YES connects youth and young adults with meaningful opportunities that help them build successful, independent lives beyond high school and college. Participants gain exposure and access to career pathways, workforce training, internships, employment opportunities, postsecondary education and community-based experiences.

Through strategic partnerships with employers, educational institutions, training providers, and community organizations, we help young people move beyond simply preparing for their future to actively building it—developing the skills, relationships, experiences, and economic opportunities needed to achieve stability, purpose, and lifelong success.
